Holiday Phone is the way to go for international travel!

My husband and I are finally taking a trip to his home town in England next month to spend a week with his parents. After over 2.5 years together, we have not been there together. I am so excited to see where he grew up and spend time in his parents home in the country. After a week in England, we are going to Italy for a week for our honeymoon.. Rome, Milan and Venice. 

Last December, we spent 2.5 weeks in China and Hong Kong. I did a lot of research on what we should use for a phone while there and came across Holiday Phone. We decided to give it a whirl and were SO happy with it. They sent us sim cards to place in each of our unlocked iphones. It was so simple. We put the sim cards in our phones right before we took off from Detroit and then powered our phones off. When we arrived in China, we turned our phones on and were good to go. We both had chinese numbers so we could call/text each other while in China. One of my favorite parts was that people who called our local U.S. numbers were call forwarded to our phones in China. It was a local call for them and for us. Plus, we had internet data on our phones so we could go on the internet and we could talk to our friends/fam via viber, whats app or skype. We were even able to facetime our parents. Super simple and super affordable.

Anyway, we are using Holiday Phone AGAIN for our England and Italy trip. So excited.
